Thank you for shopping with Casefully Custom! Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Processing Time

  • All phone cases are custom made once you place your order.

  • Because we order the phone cases specially from a vendor, processing can take [5-7 business days] unless we already have your specific case size and model in stock.

  • Production begins only after we receive the case, so times may vary depending on vendor availability.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (U.S.): [3–7 business days] after processing

    • International: [7-21 business days] after processing (varies by location)

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


4. Shipping Delays

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.


5. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at beardieowner25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
