We want you to love your order! Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Custom Orders

• Because our phone cases are made to order with your chosen design, color, and phone model, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong phone model, color, or design chosen by the customer. Please double-check your selections before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at beardieowner25@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

• We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot cancel or refund your order.

Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
